Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to improve procurement processes. Resolve supplier grievances and claims to ensure a positive supplier relationship. Travel to local supplier sites to enhance the relationship and gain understanding of supplier's capabilities Recommend best practices and entitlement improvements to increase the velocity and strengthen the accuracy of the outside processing activities. Requirements: Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role. Solid understanding of purchasing procedures, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
