Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Rental Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for customers regarding rental equipment, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Rental Coordinator, your key duties will include:

  • Managing customer accounts and addressing inquiries related to rental equipment.
  • Generating sales through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Coordinating documentation and maintaining accurate customer-tracking data.
  • Staying informed about the features and applications of rental equipment.
  • Implementing quality process improvements focused on safety and customer service.

Specific Tasks:
Your daily activities will involve:

  • Creating and processing reservations and rental agreements.
  • Assisting with accounts receivable and following up on overdue invoices.
  • Supporting the procurement process by creating purchase orders and processing vendor invoices.
  • Updating rental contract return dates and coordinating logistics as needed.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, sales, or the rental industry.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and other relevant software.
