As an Jr. Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with other team members and independently manage small to medium-sized projects. Your expertise in Windows Server OS and backup applications will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and support IT operations.
  • Independently manage and execute small to medium-sized projects, demonstrating self-sufficiency and initiative.
  • Administer and maintain backup applications, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of Windows Server OS to manage and troubleshoot server-related issues.
  • Gain and apply experience with virtual environments, particularly VMware (experience with other virtualization platforms is a plus).
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt, taking on new challenges and responsibilities as the role evolves.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Self-sufficient and ability to take on small/medium projects
  • Knowledge of and prior administration of backup applications
  • Strong Windows Server OS Knowledge
  • Virtual Environment Experience (VMware preferred but not required)
