Job Description Solidigm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our team. This is a newly-created position and a unique opportunity to join our growing accounting team. Your expertise in audit standards, financial reporting, and compliance will be essential. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SEC regulations, and FASB pronouncements. Responsibilities Work closely with external auditors to complete PCAOB audits, by coordinating audit timelines, deliverables, and communication with relevant stakeholders. Address any audit-related queries promptly and accurately. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures. Perform analytical reviews of financial information and validations to ensure the accuracy of the financial statements. Monitor changes in accounting regulations and assess their impact. Maintain a thorough understanding of application accounting standards, SEC regulations, and industry best practices related to financial reporting. Work with IT to enhance our processes and build reports to help produce various levels of financial reporting. Continuously strive to enhance and streamline processes. Assist with accounting special projects. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA 7+ years combined experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and public company accounting function Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Xlookups, Vlookups, Conditional formulas) Experience with international subsidiaries and foreign currency transactions Strong at execution, follow-up, and attention to detail Commitment to process improvement Excellent organizational and communication skills Able to keep deadlines at a fast pace without losing accuracy Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Additional Information For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $111,270 to $166,930.
