Patient & Guest Relations Representative

To ensure that all patients, their families and guests feel welcomed while at Crouse Health. Assists patients and their loved ones/care partners with orientation from the point of entry, to the point of discharge, including the provision of advocacy as needed. Supports customer service and hospitality initiatives on behalf of Crouse Health. Acts as a liaison between patient/family members/care partners and the hospital staff to enhance communications, care, safety and experiences. Helps in making the patients/customers feel well cared for while enhancing the overall human experience.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years customer service experience in a faced paced office setting.
Work experience must include problem solving and conflict resolution. Experienced in the ability to listen and comprehend complex customer needs and to create solutions and resolve problems.
Must have basic computer skills and excellent communication and customer service skills.
