Position Overview:
As a key member of the Crouse Health team, the Patient & Guest Relations Representative plays a vital role in ensuring that all patients, their families, and guests feel welcomed and supported throughout their experience.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate a smooth orientation process for patients and their loved ones from the moment they enter the facility until their discharge, providing advocacy and support as necessary.
2. Champion customer service and hospitality initiatives, acting as a bridge between patients, family members, care partners, and hospital staff to enhance communication, care, safety, and overall experiences.
3. Strive to create a caring environment that fosters a positive human experience for all patients and customers.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to actively listen and understand complex customer needs, creating effective solutions.
- Proficient in basic computer skills with exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
Work Type:
Part-Time - 32 hours per week.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with additional shifts as assigned.
