Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
