Position Responsibilities Recruitment Administration: Review requisition requests, ensuring they align with departmental needs and budget constraints. Collaborate with hiring managers to write comprehensive position descriptions. Review and approve job offer requests, issue offer letters, and manage associated documentation. Candidate Sourcing: Establish strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and educational institutions. Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing potential candidates. Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify and attract talent. Facilitate the J1 visa recruitment process, including outreach to sponsors and agencies. Assist J1 visa participants with their transition to Alyeska Resort, providing necessary guidance and support. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for the resort's culture. Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Manage the background check process for potential hires, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Review background check results and communicate outcomes to relevant parties. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Handle employee offboarding, including exit interviews and necessary documentation. Manage all paperwork and documentation associated with onboarding, including I-9 verification, background checks, and other required forms. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all documentation processes. New Hire Orientation: Support the facilitation of an interactive and engaging new hire orientation program for all employees. Collaborate with various departments to create a welcoming and informative experience for new team members.

Essential Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry. Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems. Experience with UltiPro/UKG and TalentNest preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic recruitment landscape. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments.
