  • Confirms orders and delivery dates.
  • Follows up on customer orders and inquiries with thorough communication.

  • Provides superior customer service and maintains client satisfaction through critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making.
Qualifications:

  • Project Management skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Knowledge of Datacor or ERP system preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills required.
