Job Summary

Review and confirm time & attendance records. Leads HR triage for all SuperATV locations and successfully resolves employee issues. Operates at a high level across all HR systems (Dayforce, SuccessFactors) following business policies and practices. Supports recruitment and summer help program. Maintains complete confidentiality.

Primary Duties
  • Working with hourly people managers, review and confirm all hourly time & attendance records.
  • Support the recruiting process, with a focus on scheduling interviews and greeting applicants.
  • Fun Committee coordinator which includes scheduling employee and community related events.
  • Support onboarding process, confirm all new employees are scheduled for day one, and welcome all new hires.
  • Maintain driving records for maintenance staff.
  • Post required HR compliance postings.
  • Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates employee anniversary awards and retirement parties
  • Coordinate breakroom vending system for two (2) locations.
  • Coordinate summer/winter student hires.
  • Organize and maintain employee paper and electronic files.
  • Schedule on-site tours for high school and college students.
Education / Experience
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • College coursework is preferred.
  • 3+ years payroll or generalist experience.
