We're seeking an experienced Manager - CRM Analytics, Marketing Performance Measurement to lead our data-driven marketing initiatives within our Marketing Insights & Technology (MIT) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM, digital analytics, and marketing technology, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies across our iconic brands and integrate CRM analytics into cross-channel experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead CRM analytics efforts across all marketing channels, with a focus on campaign measurement, performance reporting, and brand strategy development. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Technology (MarTech), Enterprise Data (EDAI), and Owner Comms teams to define measurement strategies for CRM campaigns across Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, and corporate businesses. Develop and implement data-driven CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and conversion of key funnel activities. Integrate CRM analytics into other cross-channel experiences, ensuring data quality and consistency across all touchpoints. Drive data-informed decision making across the marketing department, providing updates to C-Level executives. Manage and mentor a team of CRM and analytics specialists, fostering a high-performance culture. Partner with research and creative agencies to support capabilities and initiatives. A blend of business and technical savvy around translating overall analytical vision with knowledge on technical implementation. Understanding of how to mesh multiple data sources (CRM, Site, and offline actions) to design actionable reporting and insights. Collaborate with MarTech teams on the implementation of data availability and reporting; feeding detailed requirements, ideating, and innovating. Working with Marketing Technology Teams The Manager of CRM Analytics will work closely with marketing technology teams to: Integrate CRM and analytics platforms with other marketing tools and cross-channel experiences. Ensure data quality and consistency across all marketing systems and touchpoints. Collaborate on the implementation and requirements of new marketing technologies, including tagging and measurement tools. Develop custom reporting solutions and dashboards that provide a holistic view of customer interactions. Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in cross-channel analytics. Required Skills and Experience 8+ years of experience in automotive analytics or marketing analytics roles. Deep understanding of CRM reporting and measurement frameworks. Advanced-level knowledge of Adobe, Google, or other Marketing Analytics platform suites: Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc. Advanced-level understanding of email service providers and associated optimization & analytical tools. Strong understanding of Marketing Automation platforms and CRM systems. Deep experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI). Proficiency in analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience presenting to senior executives. Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently while guiding strategy and collaborating with stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or Martech related fields; Master’s preferred. Prior leadership experience preferred.
