Manage brand identity, including brand guidelines, positioning, and messaging. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events) to promote brand awareness and drive sales. Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to align brand strategies with product launches and promotional activities. Develop and manage budgets for brand initiatives and campaigns. Monitor expenses and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and deliver measurable results. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand initiatives. Use data insights to optimize future strategies and campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience (internships included) as a Field Representative or similar role, preferably within the cannabis industry. Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva, Monday.com, Leaflink, Mail Chimp, Wix, Mile IQ, Weedmaps, CRM tools). Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Knowledge of Dutchie operating system is highly preferred. Able to travel the whole state of Michigan. You should be skilled at: Vendor Relations, maintaining relationships with store owners/managers. Hosting, planning and coordinating Vendor Days, Community Events, and Budtender Education. Store activations (spin the wheel, scratch off tickets). Social Media Management. Lead Generation. Customer Service/Experience. Building/Leading a street team while managing cost/budget and P&L for brand. Submitting expense reports timely. Tracking and building orders, customer retention, vendor credits, and managing customer reorders. Ordering merch, swag and packaging.
