Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the clinics, ensuring that all activities align with the community mental health clinic's mission and vision. - Develop and implement strategic plans to promote the growth and success of the community mental health clinic. - Provide leadership and guidance to all staff - Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. - Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations, businesses, and stakeholders to promote the community mental health clinic's reputation and enhance partnerships. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making recommendations for improvement where necessary. - Implement policies and procedures that promote employees and patients safety and well-being. - Manage and supervise administrative staff to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Experience

- A bachelor's degree in human services, social work, business administration, or a related field is required. - Experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. - Experience managing and leading a team staff - Experience working in a health care clinic - Ability to educate and lead others, both verbally and in writing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Experience with budgeting and financial management.
