Human Resources Chicago, Illinois Minimum Experience **Mid-level** The responsibilities of this job are to manage the front desk using proper customer service skills, answering phone calls with the proper business etiquette, responding to requests from staff and upper management in a timely fashion and assisting the security officers as they clock in and out of each shift.

The applicant needs to have at least 2 years of dispatch experience in the security/law enforcement industry and need to be able to work all shifts. The applicant needs to be at least 21 years old and a high school graduate. The applicant must be able to multi-task and possess strong computer skills and customer service skills. The applicant should possess a valid PERC card.

* 21 years of age and older

* Must be a high school graduate, GED and transcripts accepted

* Must have a 20-hour training certificate.

* Must have an active PERC card

* Demonstrating a stable work history and/or education.

* Must be a cooperative team player with good oral and written communication skills.

* Must be capable of evaluating, investigating and reporting all types of security and law enforcement incidents.

* Must have a friendly and outgoing personality that is accustomed to interacting with people

* One-year customer service experience required.

* Must have an excellent appearance and attitude (pride in your uniform and job is essential).

* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Must be a motivated, self-starter with the willingness and ability to function with limited supervision.

* Must be flexible with scheduling and be able to hold over to the next shift or work extra hours as needed.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Email

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Word

* Must pass criminal background check.

* Must pass drug screen.
