We are currently seeking an HVAC Service Dispatcher who will be working with the Service Manager to maintain the Service Technicians' schedules and dispatch them as service calls are completed, prioritizing each Technician to the proper call.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Pay Scale: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour + incentives for leads and achievements of team goals

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in customer service
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience in reviewing documents for accuracy
  • Ability to manage a multiple-line phone system
  • Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to see what needs to be done, take charge, and do it

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior dispatching, project management, schedule coordinating experience
  • Experience in HVAC or similar trade

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
