We’re looking for an experienced dispatcher who can address call-in questions, problems and prioritize service requests so that work is performed in an efficient and orderly manner. Can you visualize what goes on underground? Because you’ll need to grasp an understanding of drain and hot water systems for both residential and commercial customers in order to interact with our diverse group of close-knit field technicians on a daily and hourly basis. You would also be responsible for providing logistical support to our field technicians and communicating with both fellow employees and customers.

What Your Day-to-Day Would Consist Of:

• Schedule jobs based on customer issues, tech skill set, and geographic efficiency

• Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installations

• Effectively communicate job information to field techs

• Process customer payments as needed

• Ensure that quotes for large projects are sent to our Estimating Manager in a timely fashion

Must be able to utilize creative thinking, strategic planning skills, and teamwork to ensure all customers are well served. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically rise to a challenge and coordinate a complex schedule that is very dynamic and always subject to change. We are looking for someone who is capable of thinking outside the box and willing to make quick decisions but can work as part of a team to ensure we are providing the best customer service possible.

Your schedule may include one workday off during the week, and Sundays. Your training will take place in our office. Must also be willing to work Saturdays. We offer competitive pay, health insurance, and Accumulated PTO.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
