We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team at Wolf River Electric. As a sales recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring talented individuals for various positions within our company. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to think creatively to find and engage with potential candidates.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire salespeople, apprentices, journeyman, project managers, and other positions as required.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.

Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote our company and attract prospective talent.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by establishing relationships with universities, trade schools, industry associations, and other relevant organizations.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences.

Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques.
