Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Partner to join our team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, promoting our services, and communicating the exceptional value we would add to our potential clients’ companies.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Client Relationship Management:

With supervision cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique staffing needs and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Market Research:

Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Collaboration:

Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client requirements and candidate qualifications, facilitating successful placements. Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to maximize revenue generation and achieve sales targets. Client Advocacy:

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, guidance, and support throughout the staffing process. Client Feedback:

Solicit feedback from clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and maintain a high standard of service delivery. Brand Ambassadorship:

Represent Apex with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in all engagements.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the staffing industry. Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results. Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (HubSpot).
