ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will be accountable for full cycle recruitment via internet/phone. The primary goal of this position is to cold call / source exceptional candidates for our branch teams operating in over 20 states across the US.


Talent Acquisition Specialist’s Job Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified candidates who fit our culture. You will have multiple job openings – from mechanics to sales to leadership.
  • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities.
  • Consult with hiring managers to recommend candidates and potential compensation packages.
  • Provide candidates with relevant information about our company, culture and benefits.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment
  • Proven success with cold calling potential candidates.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, various job boards, various social media)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to enthusiastically promote company to potential employees
