This Seed DSM and his/her team will be responsible for achieving maximum sales and increased market penetration within their territory. Primary role will be to lead / manage the direct sales activities of his/her Seed Dealers within the territory. Additionally, this Seed DSM will assist his/her Seed Dealers with building a solid network of seed customers within their area, helping them to distribute products efficiently, and helping them to negotiate prices with their customers.
