Supply Chain Implementation Coordinator

Implementation and stabilization of supply chain transformation within clinic operations and support departments assigned, adhering to a prescribed schedule. Works collaboratively with Materials Analyst, Supply Chain leadership and clinic staff to arrive at effective solutions for increased reliability of warehouse and distribution processes while decreasing waste.

Pay range for this position is $29.87/hour to $41.00/hour. Actual rate is dependent on applicable professional experience and qualifications.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Understanding of supply chain workflows and Lean operating principles.
  • Project management skills.
  • Must be highly organized and results driven
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Works well with multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Works well independently without immediate oversight.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certification in supply chain management preferred (APICS CPIM or equivalent).
  • Two years' experience in supply chain, receiving, and distribution in a clinical operation preferred.
  • Experience specific to vaccine and other medication supply chain and inventory strongly preferred.


Pay Range:
$29.28 - $43.92

We also offer a 401k retirement plan, with employer contributions after your first year of employment. Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
