Overview

The Supplies Forecasting & Analytics division is integral to the Print sector, delivering insightful, driver-based forecasts and analyses that guide both immediate and strategic planning efforts. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Supplies Forecasting team as a Supply Chain Forecasting Analyst, playing a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of forecasting data and models that influence and enhance our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, transform, and manage extensive datasets from diverse sources to inform forecasting models, anticipate demand, formulate short and long-term strategies, and provide insights into market trends.
  • Regularly assess, update, and enhance forecasting data within our systems.
  • Analyze and clarify updates to forecasting data and their implications for the business.
  • Facilitate ongoing analyses necessary for informed decision-making and executive presentations.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology, tools, and methodologies to streamline and automate forecasting processes.
  • Design, refine, and implement continuous improvements to forecasting models and systems to sustain or enhance accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and convey data, trends, and insights that inform critical business operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the Print and Supplies sector, including business models and processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, data analysis, and implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and the local language is essential.
  • Ability to effectively articulate plans, proposals, and outcomes, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
  • Familiarity with SQL, QlikSense, and advanced data analytics tools; knowledge of R and Python is a plus.

Our compensation structure reflects the labor market across various U.S. regions, with differentiated pay based on these defined markets. The typical base salary range for this position across the U.S. is $80,000 to $110,000 annually, with additional compensation opportunities in the form of bonuses and/or equity. Specific salary ranges for job locations will be discussed during the hiring process.
