Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a qualified Business Development Representative (BDR) for our Dallas/Fort Worth location. As a BDR, your primary responsibility will be to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our services. You will serve as the first point of contact with prospects, and your role is vital in initiating new relationships and setting up our sales team for success.

Key Objectives: • Represent our services using comprehensive knowledge and consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs. • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying potential new sales opportunities. • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and facilitate engagement with our sales team. • Contribute to refining our lead-generation playbook by identifying best practices.

Responsibilities: • Utilize tools such as Zoominfo, Hubspot, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities. • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. • Arrange meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and account executives. • Report regularly to the Business Development Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications: • One or more years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets. • Strong communication skills, both via phone and email. • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills. • A strong desire and ability to advance within a sales organization. • Proficiency with CRM software like Zoominfo, Hubspot, or similar tools. • Experience in developing drip campaigns or integrating marketing messaging with sales efforts would be advantageous.
