**What We're Looking For:**

RES seeks an accomplished Sales Manager to support our strategic growth initiatives.

**Responsibilities Include:**

* Proactively research, and cultivate new leads in all business segments using every available means to successfully build a new sales pipeline

* Effectively utilize phone, email, social platforms & tradeshow events to engage prospects and ultimately acquire new clients

* Research, identify and locate/originate leads and opportunities, RFP's daily

* Establish annual sales plans, working closely with VP of Sales, ensuring they are consistent with annual growth goals

* Build relationships via phone with prospective clients to drive appointments face to face.

* Travel to various industry trade shows and prospect companies 30 - 50% of the time, supporting new business development efforts

* Develop presentations, pricing estimates and proposals aligning RES Exhibit solutions to the prospects needs

* Track and report on progress and activity through Salesforce
