CornerStone has partnered with a local company in their search for a Director of Finance with a strong FP&A background, able to strategize, set operation standards, policies and process improvements to grow company profitability and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. We are seeking a strong leader that will have full responsibility of all budget and financial operations for their team. This position requires a manager that will work alongside their team, not just delegate tasks.
Requirements of the Finance Director:
Must have a CPA
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
Must have prior experience in a Finance Director role and be able to exhibit success
Strong FP&A background a must
Ability to create financial report and statement, present those to executive leadership and identify risk
Vista Viewpoint experience highly desired
Advanced Excel and BI tools use
Strong knowledge of all regulations for accounting and budgeting to ensure compliance
