- Oversee day-to-day operations and practice staff through organizational structures that engender productivity and accountability, and connect each location to the greater vision, mission, and team
- Implement effective relationship management plans and tactics, fostering open communication and high trust among all practice leaders, which may include team building and one-on-one engagement
- Collaborate closely with the MSO’s value-based care team and train to expert level in order to build workflows that maximize all rewards payments and the company’s overall value
- In coordination with Finance and other functional resources, develop and distribute high quality, timely financial, volume, operations, KPI reporting on all areas of responsibility weekly (for new initiatives/locations) and eventually monthly. Maximize EHR, back-office support resources, and other resources to assist.
- Coordinate with SVP, MSO to scale operations structure as needed to support growth of network, to include multi-state operations
- Hire, train and develop middle-management and other support staff as needed to support operational optimization and growth
- Train and develop Clinic managers to practice at “top of licensure”, to operate independently to achieve clinic-specific goals and objectives
