What will I be doing?

As a Front Desk Supervisor with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for supervising the Front Desk to ensure efficient and courteous guest check-in and check-out.
  • Responsible for supervising and the training of the Front Desk Team to ensure that the brand standards are followed during the check-in and check-out process as well as during the owners/guest's entire stay.
  • Coordinate and monitor reservations for special requests and room blocking.
  • Participate as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Work with all resort departments to meet guest expectations.
  • Trains, supervises, schedules, and assists in evaluating Team Members performance.
  • Any other duties that may be necessary to daily functioning of the resort.

What are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years hotel front desk or closely related experience.
  • Open availability.
  • Minimum 90 days cash handling experience.
  • High school/GED
  • Supervisory experience is preferred
