The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated catering manager to our Corporate Chefs team in Bar Harbor, ME. As a catering manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of foodservice professionals and ensure the success of a variety of catered events. This is a Monday - Friday opportunity in a professional dining setting. This is a hands on catering manager role. Our ideal candidate is a strong team player and is very passionate about hospitality and attributing to the overall team success.

  • Training and supervising servers and cooks.
  • Participating in the preparation of meals and beverages.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Addressing client and guest needs and concerns.
What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • At least three years experience in foodservice and/or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • At least one years experience in a supervisory or management role.
