We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Assistant to join our team at Kids Klub. As an Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Student Learning: Assist students with homework and school projects, and provide individualized support to help them achieve their academic goals.
  • Develop Lesson Plans: Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Monitor Student Progress: Track student progress, identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies to support students who require additional help.
  • Communicate with Parents: Maintain open and regular communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Attend regular team meetings to discuss student progress, share best practices, and receive feedback from colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment; strong organizational and time management skills.
