- Monitor Student Progress: Track student progress, identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies to support students who require additional help.
- Communicate with Parents: Maintain open and regular communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Participate in Team Meetings: Attend regular team meetings to discuss student progress, share best practices, and receive feedback from colleagues.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment; strong organizational and time management skills.
