Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, required.Bachelor's degree, preferred.5+ years processing experience in high volume mortgage setting.Experience with DU, DO, and LP systems.Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements Knowledge of FHA and FNMA policies and guidelines.Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, compliance, investor products, and underwriting guidelines.Working knowledge of various fraud tools.While this description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the position's requirements, it in no way implies/states that these are the only job responsibilities.
