Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist, Operations

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Itasca, USA. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to address deficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality management activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in quality management, such as Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma.
