Position Title: Regional Specialist Liaison Regional Specialist Liaisons (RSL) create impact within the treatment and diagnostic community and advocacy groups supporting Invivyd's mission to deliver protection from serious viral infections for vulnerable populations. This regional commercial position will have a significant role with focused touch point responsibilities as a clinical educator, thought leader liaison (TLL), and patient advocacy group liaison. It is an opportunity to support patient access to Invivyd products by educating and building strategic relationships and connections. The skills and behaviors that are critical for success are clinical experience, active listening, emotional intelligence, a collaborative spirit, effective communication, strategic project planning, and relationship building. The ability to develop and execute initiatives to build brand adoption through clinical education, protocol development, advocacy engagement, and healthcare professional (HCP) thought leader engagement will be a critical part of this role. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about connecting people, executing successful marketing strategies and supporting a culture of adaptability and compliance; all RSL interactions are always consistent with commercial, compliance, legal, and regulatory guidelines. This will be a field-based role with an assigned region reporting into the Senior Director, Head of Regional Specialist Liaisons. Responsibilities: Provide on Fact Sheet Invivyd product and related disease state education at infusion centers and other points of patient care. Provide in-person training to help ensure providers (MDs/PA,NP/RNs/Mas) understand the Invivyd product infusion process including explanation of all warning and precautions. Provide on Fact Sheet data driven, scientific evidence education about Invivyd's product to clinical staff and providers related to treatment and access. Engage with large academic centers, healthcare systems, transplant centers, infusion centers and infectious disease clinics that are or are capable treating patients with Invivyd products to support streamlined decision making for formulary placement of Invivyd's product and understand current preferences for prevention/treatment of viral threats. Assist in the execution of commercial initiatives to support the brand strategy. Be a thought leader liaison (TLL), identifying and managing consulting relationships with HCPs that have subject matter expertise in therapeutic areas aligned to Invivyd's products for the purpose of advancing commercial strategies and activities, such as participation in a speaker's program, providing sales force training and developing promotional materials. This also includes assisting with HCP consultant speaker training and presentation development, engagement events, and other duties related to on Fact Sheet education about Invivyd products. Compliantly collaborate and communicate with the field commercial team on infusion center education and other points of care and TLL activities, e.g., speaker program events, to ensure strategic and tactical cohesiveness. Monitor regional clinical dynamics to identify and lead through execution compliant and legitimate business opportunities for speaker programs and advisory boards aligned with the corporate strategy. Engage with patient advocacy groups to provide on Fact Sheet information/education and develop relationships within the patient advocacy community, e.g., attend advocacy events as appropriate to foster patient awareness of Invivyd products and related disease states (always on Fact Sheet). Act as a liaison between thought leaders and patient advocacy groups and home office commercial/marketing cross-functional teams. Facilitate cross pollination of best practices and highlight emerging issues to find solutions. Generate insights through use of secondary data, market research, and analytics and translate these into external expert strategy and tactical plan development. Ensure that all promotional policies and processes are followed when speaking about Invivyd products, and all activities are compliant with legal guidance and corporate policies. Foster a culture of readiness, professionalism, compliance, and excellence. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BS) from an accredited college/university in the field of medicine such as BSN/NP/PA. A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in medical/clinical education of biologic or pharmaceutical infusion products. Experience and proven success in working with and interacting with key stakeholders in the patient care continuum associated with Invivyd products such as HCPs, Thought Leaders (KOLs), infusion centers, and patient advocacy groups. Experience in immunocompromised conditions preferred. Pharmaceutical and/or biologics marketing experience is preferred. A track record of executing strategic and tactical marketing plans that have delivered strong commercial results in a compliant manner. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of strategic brand imperatives. Maintains a growth mindset and uses curiosity to uncover opportunities for continuous development and improvement. Ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams toward a shared vision of success. Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, targeting presentation to the needs of the audience. Experience in developing high-impact presentations and presenting effectively to all levels within an organization. Strong trainer/teacher skills. Experience with adult learning principles preferred.
