Position Details:
A reputable public accounting and advisory firm is expanding its regional presence and is in search of a Senior Associate / Senior Accountant to enhance their team.
This means more focused time dedicated to each client rather than switching tasks every few weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various levels of staff and serve as a cross-functional liaison among departments.
Engage in diverse client projects across multiple sectors, performing various roles to further develop your career.
Act as a controller or mini CFO, sharing your insights and expertise with senior executives.Contribute to essential strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and operational efficiency.
Undertake special projects as required.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and corporate finance/accounting.
A CPA designation is required (candidates making progress towards the CPA with completed exams will be considered).
Previous experience in auditing or working with publicly traded and/or Fortune 1000 companies is highly preferred.
Compensation Package:
A comprehensive compensation package is available for this role, including a base salary, a 30% annual bonus, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a robust 401K plan, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, and more.
Work Environment:
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with four days in the office (Monday to Thursday) and remote work on Fridays.
