Director of Property Management Job Duties:

Direct and oversee all aspects of facility renovations, upgrades, and modifications in connection with construction projects.

Lead on negotiating and implementing large capex projects company wide.

Establish and develop a process of oversight for regional property directors.

Conduct property and environmental due deligence in connection with new acquisitions.

Oversee the ordering, review, and finalization of property condition, Phase I and, if applicable, Phase II reports in connection with acquisitions and refinancings, including identifying issues and potential exposure to key management.

Assist on lender property and environmental requests in connections with acquistions, including in respect of appraisals.

Develop, implement, and manage budgets for facility maintenance departments, including the small and large capex projects.

Responsible for all environmental matters and issues.

Ensure facility compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations in connection with life safety and other property related matters.

Responible for ensuring completion of regulatory required and preventative maintenance and repairs, including by building out and overseeing TELS.

Qualifications of Director of Property Management:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Facilities Management or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property management.

Knowledge of building codes, healthcare facility regulations, and safety standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Budeting and financial management skills.
