We are seeking a knowledgeable Property Leasing Supervisor to lead our leasing initiatives and strategies. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and excel in building rapport with both team members and clients. Join us and take the next step in your professional journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and verify all daily leasing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with lease file policies consistently.
  • Implement programs focused on lease renewals and resident retention.
  • Handle resident interactions, including inquiries and concerns.
  • Evaluate weekly leasing reports and predict occupancy trends.
  • Manage and assess marketing strategies, including advertisements and promotions.
  • Review available units, market-ready apartments, and model homes.
  • Effectively train and mentor onsite personnel.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of relevant leasing experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an organized manner.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Capability to conduct property tours with clients, which may involve walking and climbing stairs.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
