Key Responsibilities- Leasing and Customer Service: Assist in achieving occupancy goals by responding to leads, touring prospects, and closing leases. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Community Engagement: Develop and implement community events and programs that foster a sense of community and resident appreciation. Collaborate with the community manager to plan and execute events that promote resident engagement and retention.
- Operations and Administration: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property, including rent collection, delinquency management, and maintenance coordination. Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide administrative support to the community manager as needed.
- Marketing and Advertising: Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to promote the property and attract new residents. Develop and implement social media and online marketing strategies to engage with current and prospective residents.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in property management, with a focus on leasing and customer service.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with property management software and social media marketing.
- Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $23-$23, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
