As a Floating Leasing Agent, you will be instrumental in providing leasing support across various locations within our portfolio. You will showcase our properties to potential residents, respond to their inquiries, and guide them through the leasing journey. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Leasing Process:
    Manage the leasing process from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents, fostering trust through effective communication.
  • Marketing Initiatives:
    Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract potential residents, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms.
  • Lease Management:
    Assist applicants with the leasing process, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements in compliance with regulations.
  • Property Coverage:
    Provide leasing support across multiple properties as needed, adapting quickly to the unique dynamics of each location.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales, marketing, or real estate is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, ideally within the multifamily housing sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to thrive in challenging environments with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with fair housing laws and leasing best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
