Key Responsibilities- Leasing and Customer Service: Assist with leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goals, respond to resident inquiries and concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Community Engagement: Organize community events, foster a sense of resident appreciation, and promote a positive community environment.
- Operations and Administration: Assist with rent collection, delinquency management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on local market trends, complete market surveys, and provide insights to inform leasing and marketing strategies.
- Team Support: Provide support to the leasing team and property manager as needed, and be prepared to fill in for the community manager when necessary.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in property management, with a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
- Skills and Abilities: Basic computer knowledge, excellent customer service skills, experience in social media and technology, ability to act independently, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with the ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $23-$23, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including [insert benefits].
