Training & Development Specialist

The Training & Development Specialist will work closely with both the Operations and Training teams to support our franchise owners/operators. This role will need to be knowledgeable of Swig's tried-and true processes and operating best practices.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Create and Develop Content by overseeing training initiatives, collaborating with all departments to create new content.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and test new training initiatives. Be a part of pilot training by shadowing in the store and giving feedback/making improvements.
  • Perfects current training content and builds relationships within our stores: Coaches and gives feedback on training best practices when necessary.
  • Can create a plan and gather feedback to successfully roll out any company initiative.
  • Coordinate and execute a successful 10-day onsite training with each franchisee group at Swig's Certified Training store.
  • Partner closely with the Franchise operations team, business developers, store leadership, and internal training teams to ensure existing and new training is being executed correctly.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a training role
  • Experience working in a retail environment
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Google Suite and MS Excel
  • Ability to travel when necessary
