Jouw rol in het Team Als business consultant werk je met een van onze retailklanten en ondersteun je hen bij hun digitale transformatie. Je vertaalt zakelijke vraagstukken naar duidelijke vereisten en speelt een sleutelrol bij de implementatie van oplossingen. Dit omvat nauwe samenwerking met producteigenaren en projectmanagers op verschillende gebieden zoals operaties, IT, commercie en marketing. Naast je klantwerk neem je deel aan focusgroepen om kennisdeling en persoonlijke ontwikkeling te bevorderen, wat onze collectieve expertise en reputatie verrijkt.

Hoe jij ons team versterkt - Uitstekende communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden; - Goede schrijfvaardigheden; - Beschikken over een goed analytisch inzicht; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in retail en/of retail consultancy; - Een goed gevoel voor grondigheid, oog voor detail en zorgvuldigheid tonen; - Passie voor digitale transformatie over de hele waardeketen; - Sterk georganiseerd, je zult meerdere opdrachten en prioriteiten tegelijkertijd moeten beheren in een snelle omgeving; - Vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als onderdeel van een klein (cross-functioneel) team te werken; - Ervaring als business analist of projectmanager in agile omgevingen is een plus; - Hands-on en een can-do mentaliteit; - Gevestigd in Nederland; - Bachelor- of Masterdiploma.
