Role Overview
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated and creative Growth Marketer to join our growing sales team.
As our first Marketing hire, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative and scalable growth strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to build and shape their own role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify and test new channels and growth opportunities to reach potential customers.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to create and implement growth campaigns.
- Optimize the customer journey and user experience to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Build and maintain a robust growth analytics framework to track and report on key performance indicators.
- Experiment with and implement growth hacking tools and techniques to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting and finding innovative solutions to growth challenges.
- Proficiency in using growth and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
