Job Description:
Responsible for supporting the business with the development of and enhancements to their risk and control environment. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities:
- Executes upon established sustainable risk assessment framework ensuring first line execution aligns. Supports the business with the development of and enhancements to their control environment.
- Monitors and validates risk and control library changes. Develops and maintains library of enterprise-wide risk and control statements.
- Supports the business with developing requirements for the effective management of operational risk events.
- Implements risk program activities to ensure the enterprise carries out activities according to requirements.
- Monitors issues and action plans to ensure proper execution against relevant standards and policies.
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Finance, Business Administration and Management or Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Business, Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement or related
- In Lieu of Education Experience 6 + years of Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement or related
If we had our say, we'd also look for:
- 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Business, Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement or related
- In Lieu of Education Experience 8 + years of Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement or related
- Project Management Certification
- CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar certification

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
