Sales - Business Development Director
Job Description:
We are seeking candidates to join our sales team. As a Business Development Director, you will be working to develop relationships, understand the critical business strategies of our customers, and collaborate with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that help customers achieve their business objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum seven years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 500/Global 500 companies
Clear history of new business development selling marketing solutions or professional business services
Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale)
Experience with a broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months and even longer)
History of career stability with a maximum of three employers in the last ten years
Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses. $130k base salary
Four-year college degree is required; advanced degree is a plus
Compensation Opportunity:
Compensation is not capped and is based on performance. We offer a base salary of $130k, plus commissions tied to revenue production, and a fiscal year bonus calculated based on revenue productivity and profitability. For the first two years, there's an opportunity to earn bonuses tied to sales activities.
Additional Benefits:
Business Development Directors are eligible for a full suite of performance management reward programs, including an annual President's Club travel award. Other benefits include a car allowance, company laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and an unlimited expense account for client entertainment.
