Datature's users have leveraged our platform to solve problems in a myriad of verticals - from grading crops to optimizing manufacturing to identifying diseases from MRI scans. Datature levels the playing field for teams and companies in most industries to start AI-driven revolutions of their own.

The Scope We are looking for a

Business Development Representative (BDR)

to play a critical role in expanding our user base by bringing potential AI teams, research labs, and companies aboard. You’ll have a direct impact on the growth of the company by managing our outbound lead pipeline and identifying sales opportunities. You’ll be working directly with our account executives to:

Drive pipeline through personalized outreach to new and existing users, to identify new opportunities and engage potential clients in enterprise/large-company settings Prospect and source leads through various channels such as emails, outbound calling, and other developer networks Improve our CRM database by researching and logging intelligence/information of key leads and account Conduct high-level qualification conversations with Senior Executives in complex enterprise companies Efficiently manage a high volume of both outbound and inbound communications and demos Ability to write highly-tailored and personalized cold outbound messaging to book meetings with target personas

This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and variable compensation based on lead conversion, pipeline generation, and quota attainment. This role comes with a merit-based progression path towards an Account Executive (AE) position.

Requirements Relevant Experience in AI, Computer Vision, or SaaS Technologies Clear and proven track record of top performance as an BDR against your quota Clear track record as a top performer against your peers Excellent outbound phone and email communication skills 2-3+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced Enterprise Software or technical environment Experience selling technical high-contact value (ACV) products Experience prospecting into large technical enterprise organizations
