HR Generalist to join an exciting consumer product company. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of our human resources functions, helping to create a positive and productive work environment for employees. If you have a background in Human Resources, and you're passionate about exploring ways to consistently improve processes, supporting others, and driving real change – this could be the opportunity you've been looking for Key Responsibilities Ensure a world-class experience for each new team member by owning the onboarding cycle from the time of offer to the first week of employment (including but not limited to offer letter creation, background checks, employee eligibility verifications, etc.) Collaborating with the business partners to assist with sourcing and recruiting initiatives Collaboratively working with business partners to develop or improve programs, policies, and solutions that align to the company vision. Performs tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices Coordinate and support annual performance review processes, assist in developing performance improvement plans and provide coaching to managers Administer benefits programs and conduct surveys and make recommendations for competitive compensation packages Onsite/Hybrid role (one or two days from home) with an office based in the Simi Valley area. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of HR experience HR Certifications a plus; SPHR certification a plus Experience across multiple disciplines within HR including recruiting, employee relations, training, performance management, policies, and procedures and compensation preferred. Experience supporting corporate employees, specifically within consumer products. Demonstrated experience in supporting the development of capable, high-performing teams and investing deeply in the growth of managers and team members. Experience in the design and implementation of scalable HR programs aiming to promote and retain best-in-class teams.
