Lead career development and team planning across the region.Ensure successful showroom openings in partnership with the Area Team and the Operations team.Influencing Market Trends and Relationships:Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales and field strategies proactively.Identify and assess new market opportunities, potential clients, and emerging trends for strategic growth.Support Trade initiatives and execute strategic alignment with corporate partners. Possesses a strong attention to detail, organizational skillset and follow up skills with a focus on providing a world-class customer experience.Ability to travel within designated region and attend corporate meetings at company headquarters in NY and FL.
