Regional Sales Coordinator

The Regional Sales Coordinator will provide critical levels of support to the Sales department. They will focus on bringing together employees, products, clients and other resources to the company. This is a Monday - Friday, first shift position.

Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)

Pay: $25.68 - $27.00 (depending on experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage accurate documentation
  • Handle all pre-delivery paperwork
  • Conduct daily inventory checks and take necessary follow-up actions
  • Manage inventory, including tracking of in-transit movement
  • Provide support in the delivery of equipment
  • Promote other businesses of the organization: new and used trucks, parts, service, body shop, finance, insurance, rentals, and leasing
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Requires a 2 year Associate Degree in a Business or Sales related field, or a high school diploma and 3+ years of direct truck or heavy-duty equipment inside or outside sales experience
  • Excellent customer service and good communication skills essential
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational, multi-tasking and data entry skills a must
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft and Google applications preferred
  • Dependable and reliable attendance required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor that instills a positive, helpful first impression in our customers
  • Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred
