We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quoting Specialist and Project Coordinator to join our team in assisting the equipment and design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the equipment and design specialist with creating quotes and coordinating projects from inception to completion. This position is also responsible for communications with the customer, and related follow-up. This position serves as a liaison between various departments within the organization, customers and vendors. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation:

$17 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed quotes for commercial kitchen equipment and furniture based on client specifications and project requirements
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and procurement teams to gather necessary information for quotes and project coordination
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine equipment needs and pricing
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and industry trends to ensure competitive and accurate quoting
  • Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes that arise to ensure timely and successful project completion
  • Provide communication - external with vendors and internal between departments
  • Maintain accurate records of quotes, project documentation, and communications
  • Maintain quality service by following Zepole standards
  • Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the legacy of Zepole by putting forward new ideas and implementing change when requested
  • Perform administrative and clerical support tasks
  • Help resolve problems with customer orders
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Achieve and maintain a high level of product knowledge through product training, and utilizing resources/tools available for support
Qualifications:
  • Proficient computer skills including Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of Auto-Quotes system a plus
  • Foodservice Industry Experience a plus
  • Understanding of commercial kitchen equipment a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
