Manage existing business accounts and continuously exclude the highest level of customer service. Solicit AmeriLux customers for new business opportunities daily, responding to emails and calls from customers regarding available shipments. Identify and present solutions to your customer base. Partner with sales and operations to prepare responses for customer RFP and opportunistic freight opportunities. Work closely with our operations team to ensure we are providing exceptional service to our customers. Host monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers both virtually and on site at both the AmeriLux HQ and customers.
