We are seeking a qualified

Assistant Project Manager

to work onsite for an opportunity paying up to $75-90K base, based on experience, which is located in Miami, FL near Coral Gables. Field experience is not required, but the candidate must have 2+ years of relevant experience. This is an on-site (office) position with the flexibility to work in the field if closer in proximity. The ideal candidate will assist in managing commercial and industrial projects exceeding $1MM in size, handling 1-2 projects at a time.

Requirements of the

Assistant Project Manager : •2+ years of experience managing commercial and industrial projects $1MM+ in size •Degree preferred but not required •Licenses/certifications if required •Unique skills required: Advanced project management, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills •Skills or credentials that would be a plus •Expertise in assisting with project budgets, timelines, and teams •Proficiency in project management software preferred •Proficient in English (written and spoken). Spanish is a highly preferred.

Responsibilities of the

Assistant Project Manager : •Assist in overseeing and managing all phases of construction projects •Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards •Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors •Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports •Assist in managing project budgets and resources •Implement and enforce safety protocols •Support the team as needed
